Ordered tonight for the first time told them I would be a brand new customer and I order all of the time. Tonight was my first order ever once again I told them I would order from them all of the time several times a week. I only asked for two things, number one please can you send me x2 menus, and I could pay for the phone for my food over the phone. Driver turned up said my food was not paid for when it was I had to then stop collecting my food from him and ring the shop to confirm this, after that I said where are my menus I asked for two menus no menus whatsoever in the order.
This is obviously a sign of a business owner, NOT listening to the customer first of all insulted by suggesting I've not paid for the food when I have the reason I asked for two menus is because I would have put the other one up at my business premises for all customers to see.
I now cannot do that because my customers may experience the same initial treatment as me when they suggest I have not paid for the food when I have, it is a very very basic request to ask for a menu, the reason I did ask for menus it's because they're online website was not working.
anyway that is that first order could have spent maybe £200 a week with this outlet, but if you get insulted on your doorstep suggesting you have not paid when you clearly have and they do not send the menus obviously it's pointless dealing with a business like this.
It is a shame for them I will now Go elsewhere.
I don't appreciate for one second being told at my doorstep I have not paid for the food and then when I am asking for menus to look online for items for sale and they do not send them there's nothing else I can do when a customer is asking you please send me a menu and you do not send it you only have yourself to blame so you will have no repeat orders and no advertisement from my business to potential other customers because of there was no menus sent.
I was recommended this business to me from a customer today obviously it was a mistake.
In life when there is a problem right from the start then that is a sign that's how it will carry on in the future.
Please listen to your customers if they ask for menus please send it, if they have paid tell the delivery driver they have paid, it's very simple and very easy otherwise you will not get any new customers or no repeat customers I should not even have to mention this.
