Express Pizzeria — Restaurant in England

I have been using this pizza shop for years. The food has always been of good quality and presented well (even though it's on a box lol) but for some reason, lately it's gone down hill. I have just received a chicken parmo and the edges of the chicken are so over cooked it's burnt black. There is to much sauce and nowhere near enough cheese. The kebab meat is cheap and full of hard bits and practically raw, which makes us think as to what they are and the salad is like, the cabbage is rubbery and the lettuce is brown at he edges. I'm not one for leaving bad reviews but I'm so disappointed I have no choice. When I phoned to complain the staff had a bad attitude and didn't want to know. Sorry people but it has literally gone to the dogs! Please sort this out as I'm a loyal customer as are my family. Sort your food out and have a better attitude and you will make so much more money. That place is a gold mine and your messing things up. People of Norton dont want food poisoning, they want good food and we are willing to pay that bit more for good quality food. I ordered a hot and spicy salami and chilli pizza from them. It was extremely greasy - horrible, oily ‘mozzarella’ - which I doubt had any dairy products in it at all - (probably a fat replacement product vegetable oil based, rather than dairy).

I have never tasted such a greasy pizza in all my life! It was like it had been dipped in oil - absolutely disgusting! There was far too much cheese on the pizza and hardly any topping! The best bit, was a couple of bits of salami and the chilli! I would NEVER buy a pizza from them again!

I have been a regular customer of these for a long time, some times all takeaway places get things wrong, bit late, and such, but of late they have gone downhill, continualy getting orders wrong, often items missing. Today was the worst one yet it was disgusting. Most of the order was stone cold, at least half of the chicken I had was chewy and a horrid taste to it. The salad boxes of which we had multiple were about a quarter full.
