I was a regular at this place until tonight. Moment I got on the shop I heard abuse towards his own employee who clearly made a mistake preparing and order upon receiving what appeared to be was wrong instruction. Then I have order a £11.99 meal deal and the tall long hair 'gentleman' appearing to be the acting manager, refused to give me a chilli sauce without further payment. Though he was handing out the 3 of them to the previous customer. I asked him to clarify why and his reasoning was that the other meal was £40. Clearly discrimination which I felt was unfair.

Secondly he was not using any gloves whilst packing the food nor any apron which clearly against food standard agency and general awareness that customer are watching too. He carefully ensured I got the burned and coldest food from shelves this ensuring the 'fresh' ones are preserved for later customers who maybe be served in the next day?

He was rude answering my questions and refused to deal with any further. I have simply taken my food and will not be returning there again. I hope for the sake of the customers everyone deserve to be treated equally regardless if the placed a £40 order or not. I would advise people for stay away until those malpractice are replaced, specifically the management.

We ordered a big order of £50 for our family and upon delivery we realised one of our childrens meals we’re missing. I called up and informed them of this to which they said they will get one sent out asap specifically stating 15-20 minutes max, I explained to them how that’s quite a long time considering we have food here we are waiting to be eaten and how could we all sit and eat in front of a child with no food… but still I waited, 30 minutes later still no replacement and by that time we had already split the meals so said child could eat, therefore was no longer hungry, I explained this over the phone and asked for a refund considering it was a missed item and then how long it was taking and they were so rude exclaiming how they cant refund and we just have to wait. We paid cash so it was easy enough to just refund part of it. After constant back and fourth they refused to give a refund and sent a driver 40...

Walked into the takeaway and Riaz met us with a smile and the most welcoming presence. We ordered a 6 piece wing meal after he suggested what we might like as we mentioned we were after wings and he told us about the savings and what comes with a drink or without. He went above and beyond to give us good customer service even in this heat and more heat in their restaurant. He stayed pleasant throughout we wanted sauces after paying he mentioned they came with the meal already. I would commend everyone who fancies some fried chicken with good service to visit this branch in Grays. Ask for Riaz he will definitely make you feel welcome and happy to spend your money and would make you come back. Keep up the good service and Riaz should be highly valued for his energy and personalised efficient service his definitely a valuable asset to the company...
