Desi Indian Dining club — Restaurant in England

Placed an order for delivery and was extremely disappointed. All the food arrived COLD and the samosas came FROZEN SOLID! The bombay potatoes and rice were lukewarm but edible. However, the chicken tikka was dry and cold to the touch (Like it had just come out of a fridge or sat on the side for a long period of time). It did not taste nice at all. After calling the restaurant and explaining, they sent me out new food. However, when the driver arrived, he only bought samosas! When I spoke to the driver he was not very understanding, despite me showing him the ice cold food and knocking on my door with one of the frozen samosas 😂. I politely asked the driver if could have a refund for just the chicken and samosas. He said he cannot provide me with a refund - despite being the same driver I handed my cash too. I went to this restaurant last night for a meal with 3 friends.I was very impressed and would like to share my experience. I had booked a table for 7.30pm but we turned up a bit early.This was not a problem for the staff and we received a lovely friendly welcome. This friendliness and exceptional service continued throughout our meal. The meal was excellent...started off with the poppadoms..plain and spicy with the selection of dips. My starter was sheek kebab..which was very tasty. My main course was Chicken Pathia with plain rice...plain naan and a sag paneer. The food was delicious...one of the nicest Indian meals that I have had...everyone in my party really enjoyed the meal. I would really recommend this restaurant. We have just ordered a curry from this restaurant we went there a few months ago and it was absolutely lovely. Takeaway is a complete different experience. Firstly they couldn't get the address or telephone number correct and secondly when I phoned up they said we delivered it 15 minutes ago. Yeah to the wrong address and then I asked them if they will be sending the same food or changing it. They told me they would do fresh and fresh it wasn't warmed up probably in a microwave chicken was very hard water in the curry and to be honest it was the worst curry I've ever tasted in my life.
