Fireaway Pizza — Restaurant in England

Don’t order from these rude people and waste your time and money. Wanted to try the new pizza place in town and be supportive and The pizza may be nice ish but the customer service is disgusting. Ordered from here and they gave us the wrong pizza so called up spoke to someone they said they’d send another okay that’s fine, 45 mins later nothing still called up again and a girl answered and she’s rude as anything has 0 customer service skills and then 30 mins later pizza came and it was the wrong one AGAIN I gave up at this point just won’t order from here again because the whole ordeal was just stupid and took over 2 hrs. Ordered vegan pizza. The cheese on the top was vegan however not on the base.. it was chewy like mozzarella cheese and definitely tasted milky. Very rude person on the phone assured me all is vegan which was a lie. The guy refused to do anything about the issue and continued to argue. Poor service seriously.. if you care about your restaurant then at least try to solve the problem and don’t act like customer is dumb and should eat what’s in front of him.. I went in to order Pizza, one of the guys who made my pizza wore gloves, which was fine. However then, he touched his dirty airpods that’s been inside his disgusting ears, then touched my pizza directly with the same gloves. Hygiene -1 in my opinion.

When I came home, the pizza was oily and greasy, to the point where the oil they used leaked onto every surface possible, include my new car’s seats. Every bite I took, the oil is just leaks out of the pizza itself. I don’t know what they use to spray their pans, oil or WD40. I’m not sure if I will come next time.
