Jackson’s chicken — Restaurant in England

Iv been going to this shop for years, only recently iv noticed this one guy was acting funny to awards me, I said to a friend that the guy was acting weird everytime i walked in, if he was on tills he'd walk off talk in hes own language and another colleague would walk on and serve me, I go in again a week or 2 later and as soon as I walk through the door he loudly tells me before you order we have no chilli sauce, I thought it was abit weird for him to say that to me but because the way he spoken to me I turned around and walked out with embarrassment, so I walk back in today as my kids wanted chicken and chips, again talks in he's own language the man from the back comes to serve me but smiling/laughing, and than I see him trying to hide all the sauces, I thought very strange so I asked him what he's probably was with me and apparently everytime I'm in there I make a mess, I never sit in store I always get a take out so I was shocked and said me? He said yes you made a mess all over my sides, I asked to see this cctv footage of me making this "mess" and he walked off around the back and wouldn't speak to me, I told him I was reporting him and he told me go ahead they won't do nothing anyways, so I have rung head office and put in a complaint and have asker for this cctv footage of me making a mess, I am a 35 years old woman, I think I'm a bit old to be making a mess now don't you! Iv never felt so much disrespected in my life and wrongly accused of something so silly, I will be chasing this up again tomorrow and I will not let this go I am not letting this 'man' treat me the way he have been these last couple of months, absolute complete disrepect...

I have just brought my chicken from Jackson hoping it was going to be a lovely meal.I have got home and I am fuming with what I can see and taste. The chicken was very dry and there was more bone then chicken when I took my first bite the chicken was pink inside I am not happy and I want to let people know this isn’t correct and people shouldn’t be dealing with this.Also I want to add the chips were horrible they were cold and hard.One last thing the sauce I have got with it they said it was Jackson’s special sauce and I tell you this IT WAS NOT SPECIAL AT ALL!!!! I feel disgusted with the way it tasted and they couldn’t even tell me what the sauce was even when my young daughter was so exited to get some chicken after her hard day off school and she was so upset she cried for hours and I don’t even want to say how my son was like he has been put off chicken for life he is now becoming vegan ( he is 10 ) dispute the chicken veggie raps I still won’t be coming back to buy them this has really upset me...

Decent chicken much better the the kernels. Found it had good flavour and was hot when arrived. Not sure what spice they use but it made it taste amazing. I really do think that this will be my favourite chicken outlet. Local and extremely fast delivery the price is reasonable too. Would highly recommend this outlet for any friends and family to try out and also good for fried chicken lovers.
