Four Ways Takeaway — Restaurant in England

Gone downhill. We used to order from Four Ways every 2 weeks religiously as their chicken kebabs are really good. On the last occasion our delivery took 2 hours when we were told it would be 45 minutes and they forgot 2 chips. I tried to call but they take the phone off the hook when they are busy to stop more orders which meant I had to drive over to ask where my food was only to be told it had just left. On previous orders we have had missing items like sauces, drinks, chips etc to the point that when I used to order for collection I would unpack it all on the counter to check before leaving. 3 times I did this in the shop and each time there were missing items. I Ordered my food, it arrived but was unfortunately missing the sauces for my kebab, so I rang up and asked if they could ring and ask the driver if he had it in the vehicle or if they can drop it off for me. To be told he won't be back for 45 minutes so I said I wasn't happy with that and wanted a refund for my kebab, the bloke said he will refund me tomorrow for the kebab (great) but won't ever deliver to me again as I complain too much as about 6 months ago I rang up about chips that were missing. All of the local places have noticeably gone down in quality. Decided to give Four Ways a try and wasn't disappointed.

Ordered a 12" square margarita pizza, large fries with extra chip spice, mozerella sticks and garlic yogurt. Total came to around £25 including delivery.

The pizza was hot and tasty with hardly any crust (perfect!) The fries were perfectly seasoned with plenty of red salt, mozerella sticks were good, garlic yogurt was spot on.
