Medici Take Away — Restaurant in England

Had my 1st vegetarian pizza on Saturday night, it was amazing, i would not usually order pizza but fancied it, also am not a vegetarian but this pizza was so tasty and lots of toppings! I enjoyed it so much i ordered another one tonight 5 days later a Thursday night i can confidently say a different chef. As soon as opened the box it looked completely different. This pizza was thin hardly any topping and given the price should be loaded with veg also hardly any cheese if any. It was tasteless and a complete dissapointment and left me feeling like i wish i hadnt botheted. If i could i would have returned it. The very least you should expect is continuity in takeaway dishes. I doubt i will rush back again especially...

Placed an order this evening, two items linguine pollo pasta and bbq ribs...wouldn’t think you could get any of that wrong would you?! Easy order?! THINK AGAIN!!! Order was collected and when we got home with it there was no ribs and something in its place that consisted of 3 pieces of unidentifiable meats! Not only was the two meal order incorrect the replacement meal was inedible as was the linguine. Pasta was under cooked, hard and rubbery! Meat was covered in skin, undercooked and grisly fat running all through it! No apologies when we called to discuss with the staff our disappointment. I have to say having moved back the area, medici restaurant always had an okay reputation the takeaway however.....simply awful!! My Partner and I ordered the calzone, it was worst pizza I've had in years! Tasteless sparse ingredients , big lumps of heavy dough, it was quite revolting. The other normal pizza's for my children where okay but the pizza base (dough) didn't look fresh or taste fresh, looked like they might be pre bought/bases/dough, not good for an Italian takeaway?
