Food was great but the service wasn't. The chap behind the till named Liam was so busy messing around with all of the staff in the back that I had basically shout to be served and then they continued to do the same whilst taking, bagging and finishing the order.

A pretty cheap bakery situated in the little cluster of shops on Kimberlow hill. As far as I'm concerned, it's like any other Greggs anywhere else in the country. The interior has a little bit of seating, although it is rather small inside. The quality of the food is quite reasonable, especially when compared with certain other eateries, and the price is very representative of this. This place has the most friendliest of staff with the biggest most genuine smiles. Seriously, how can you guys manage that with such consistency? I have my own ranking of places in York that are most welcoming - all businesses big or small - and this place tops them all.
