Grub — Restaurant in Great Britain

I typically do not offer compliments often, but this is the fifth time I have visited Grub and have consistently received excellent service. Each visit, the shop is busy with many customers, which is a positive indication, and service is prompt. The food is prepared freshly in front of you, with options to dine in or take out. The pricing is reasonable given the quality and generous portion sizes. The owners are friendly and often engage with customers, whether for a friendly conversation or questions about their orders or the food preparation. I have also observed young staff members who are polite and attentive to customers. With wait times of 20 - 30 minutes and the staff not answering the phone for a pre-order, Grub cafe is not viable for me. On my last visit (whilst queing for 20 -30minutes) I watched a young chemist girl, literally run back to her car, to try and regain some of her dinner break that the poor logistics of this facilitiy had robbed her of. Having complained ref the above, the male owner chased me out with a 'F*ck off'. It is glaringly obvious to anyone who's had to lose their dinner break, or if self employed lose £20's of income, that the management should purchase a 2nd cooking station, and employ someone else. This place is VERY GOOD! Been here before for chicken Gyros (which are delicious!) But I neglected to do a review.

Been back for breakfast today and everything was perfect;

Friendly staff who were quick on service, the place is spotless and organised. The breakfast comes with a really nice 'Real' Coffee, not vending auto rubbish 😆.

The breakfast was very reasonably priced and of good quality (I asked for the extra fried egg), and it came with decent toast, which makes all the difference when mopping up the plate!
