Greggs — Restaurant in England

I often come in here in the mornings and normally served by a gentleman who seems to be manager who is absolutely lovely. But today I came in and was greeted by a rude lady whom I could barely understand. I arrived a minute or two late for a delicious sausage and bacon roll/ coffee breakfast.. The server wasn't exactly cheerful but very efficient, so I settled for a 'chorizo'? topped, pizza slice..
