Expensive for what it is. First time visiting, so paid for a 3 year old then 3 adults which was surprising as having been to so many soft play centers I have not had to pay for the adults as you have to be there and also others rely on the adults buying refreshments not here though, overlooking that lady on desk was friendly, place seemed clean on entry but as you got in the smell of bodily fluids and solids were prominent, there was what I hoped was water at various points on the floor, but none the less we had paid and my son was excited so off came his shoes and he was gone. I'm not very tall but how they got three levels is to make them really low my neck and back were hurting after 10 minutes so I had to sit down and let him go for it my brother tried but also found it hard going. The structure needs some repairthe bottom section is mostly just a path to the up level with one roller the other I assume broke as there is bad tape job for protection blue slide down the middle would be great if someone was enforcing the don't climb the slide rule. The guns were not working so the kids were just launching balls at anyone. The climbing bit I think is where they feel their price comes from but it really is not worth it my son waited in for his turn only for a bunch of kids who were too big really to go on the to be let on first they chased round coming right up to the back of the little ones who were navigating their way around. The village is a waste of time not big enough space for the peddle diggers they have saw a few tots get knocked down adults stood on the road bit in the way rude kids just chucking equipment around the baby bit looked nice but son was too tall so we didn't go in but saw a few older kids just race in and out. Food is not great as they claim it is rubbish. But the staff were at...

I had a trial shift here and it was TERRIBLE! I fully recommend anyone who is planning to come here to go somewhere else such as Giggles or any other soft play area. When putting me on the trial shift, they only stationed me on 1 place, how is that trialing to see what I could do? Surely It is an unfair system? This leads me to think, how on eartj are the rest of the staff trained? Also I was informed of the ridiculous prices, Flap Jacks were nearly £2! And the staff there were clearly not mature enough to work as there were staff members playing in the soft play area and I heard bad language over 5 times. I am so glad that I was not offered the job as it was disgusting. It is clearly stated that baby changing is in the toilets, I saw 2 parents change dirty nappies in the café area where people eat. Also the state of the toilets, one sink (Adult sized) was blocked and I nearly flooded the place and the floor was stained yellow. I think if anyone plans on sending their child here, they are personally putting their kids in danger. Oh and I was also told by staff members that they thought the place was disgusting and dirty and they were only there as it pays £5 an hour. They also said that they hated the money system as it was to expensive for a place such as Tower Park. I'm now glad that I have a job at Pizza Hut and not that place. Oh and BTW, I think their bacteria has become resistant and that the tables are not safe eating places, as one staff member said they have been using the same cleaning products since...

Went with my grandchildren 7yrs & 3 yrs they had a fantastic time, it is a great place. Staff were very friendly & they do a great job. You must book your tickets in advance online, you get your tickets through email, it possibly may go to spam or promotions inbox if you have that as that's where mine went too. Reasonable price for the children, though with the adults a free cup of tea or coffee would go down well as I am paying to come in & sit 😁 kids had the add on to the ticket price a meal for £5 pound they chose pizza chips & beans it went down very well, it is a full plate too they didn't skimp on the portion sizes & drink of Juice so it was definitely worth the fiver! I am only 5ft 2 so I could have a ho myself 😂 but I am disabled and use a crutch to walk so I could possibly damage myself so gutted about that cus the children had a fantastic time in there. They didn't do the climbing walls this time but when they next come to Bournemouth to visit their Nannie ( me) we will be back in! Got the next 2 grandchildren next week so you never know we may be in if my 11 yr old granddaughter hasn't grown any taller! Anyway great place, I didn't take photos as I didn't think we were allowed due to there being other children around & other parents might get annoyed if they see me snapping pics & possibly getting their child in...

Very large site, so kids have no time to be bored. Well organized event. We just selected base option after hours for the party but were nicely surprised with extras & the way that it has been conducted. From the very beginning you do feel welcomed and guided on what to expect. Kids started with wall climbing through soft play time ending with food and cake. Animal balloon modelling was a nice touch - kids loved it. Staff were very helpful and kind. Highly recommended. Perhaps it is a bit pricey than others but we did save a little last year and it was a disaster. You get what you pay for. They even automatically refunded guests cost that did not turned up. Did not expect that at all. Very pleased and thanks for the Lemur Landing Team to make my daughter beautiful memories. Lenny

Visted here today for my grandsons 2nd birthday treat. We took 6 adults and 3 (8,4,2) children. There was lots to do from the baby soft play to a climbing wall for the 8 year old. I do thing £3.50 per adult is a bit steep. We had a nacho sharing platter which was reasonable tasting but even with the cost of living half a packet of tortillas with 3 small dips and a sprinkling of cheese for £6.50 did mean we only ordered one food item. The place has been cleaned up since we first visited a few years ago. There is a younger children's section of low tow ropes which helped the little ones develop their balancing skills and problem solving. Over a nice calm visit at 9am on a Sunday morning!

Great for kids of all ages (up to 5ft 2). The play frame is massive but there are also climbing walls and a dress up/imagination area. There are 2 smaller areas for younger children and babies. Sessions during peak times are 2 1/2 hours and off peak they don't have a time limit. Food from the cafe is good but a little pricey. They have hot and cold options for both food and drink and some sweet treats available. Parties are brilliant here. The only reason this doesn't have 5 stars is that the coat for adults is just unreasonable - £4.10 just to come in and observe the kids running around. You do have the pre book tickets via the website you can not just turn up.
