Very disappointed in Greggs today @ 12:30 (28/1/24) Ordered a cheese and bean melt, a corned beef bake and a chicken bake. They were all stone cold. They must have been sat there on the trays for at least 30 mins for them to be that cold. It’s enough to put us off having food from there again. The trays were full so God knows if there were any hot ones...

Nice clean greggs but the steak bake I got was freezing and the mozzarella bites were dry and chewy when every other greggs I go to they are usually fresh, clearly sat on the counter for a few hours. They're probs just having an off day but for 5 quid I expected...
