Terrible.. I arrived at 3pm , one lady was busy on the phone and the other one was on the deli bar. Only two tables were taken by other customers so they weren't busy. The rest of the available tables were covered with trays , rubbish and spillages. I have asked for a jacket potato and I was told there were none left ....fair enough it's after lunch time I thought. I was offered no alternative and it seemed the deli assistant didn't care if I order anything else or not. I then asked for a toastie on brown bread and a cup of tea. It took ages for them to take payment and I stood there waiting for some time. Toastie arrived ...on white bread not on brown as i asked , and tea was served in a dirty mug. The whole time I was there the two ladies made a lot of noise with dishes and doors...I couldn't wait to get out of...

Would not come back! Poor service, poor quality food. You have to order lunch at a different counter but that is not advertised anywhere! I had chicken fajita flatbread and I'd asked for salad and coleslaw, came with just lettuce and coleslaw. Chicken was cubed processed chicken. My mum ordered tuna mayo baked potato which came cold with no butter and no salad, should have complained about the no salad but was too appalled at the absolute poor customer service. My Auntie ordered separately and she was spoken to like a child after she was told to order at the other counter after paying for what she wanted to order. Only thing that was nice was the capuccino. Also, takes them ages to clear tables, we were eating with other peoples plates still there till we had nearly finished our food! Avoid...
