Greggs — Restaurant in England

Am far from happy from the service I received from your staff (Natalie) this morning the young lady who was also working was shocked the way that Natalie spoke to me and how rude she was to me. Am in greggs at lest 5 to 6 times a day 6 days a week. With been a support worker and been based up at Hexham. Am in that much all your colleagues know me and my order and what time I will be in. Much this morning Natalie was very disrespectful towards me and very snappy 😒. Am now thinking to look on going somewhere else and spend my money where people will respect me and talk with respect not been nasty. The service I received was far from good. Went into this Greggs this morning at 06.35 to grab some breakfast while on my way to Scotland , as I approached the service counter a untidy fat lass walked away to the area out of site behind the toll area. As She disappeared around the back I politely said excuse me thinking She had not seen me, She then turned around and looked at me but carrying on saying something to one of Her colleagues out of sight. Eventually She did come back and said to me , I don’t get my glasses till Thursday but I can still see you. Very disappointing bacon breakfast rolls from Greggs. Bacon had more fat than meat and was cold. It was also undercooked. The buns were also very cold.
