Three weeks ago on a Saturday we had lunch today and I must say was really disapointed.
From the menu we choose; Currywurst and a Bacon, brie, red onlion panini, with a tea and diet coke.
We both felt that your menu sounded good but when the meals were delivered we were so let down the food portion size, quality and presentation was just a joke !
Although sitting in your covered outdoor area food being served in a cardboard takeaway box at prices you charge is just not acceptable. In Hexham your competition most other cafes just offers better all-round, even Hexham's take away grill on the main high street offers better quality & value.
In this climate its harder to attract new customers than retain and we like probably others will not be returning to your venue.

I had a lovely cup of coffee but the cake was disappointing as it...
