Hardeez Great Kickin' Chicken — Restaurant in England

Today me and two of my friends went down to hardeez we ordered a couple feast and the toppings i choose for the pizza were jalapeño, onions and chicken, we were dining in. When we received the order the burger was cold and the pizza didn’t even had chicken on it. We didn’t complaint about the burger but we took the pizza to the receptionist to show him that we didn’t get the right order, instead of listening to us he became extremely aggressive and offensive and started shouting at us and wasn’t even ready to listen to us, me and my friends felt extremely embarrassed, His behaviour was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant.This is the worst experience i have ever suffered from in any restaurant.they should be taught basic manners of giving customers service. To avoid any disappointment, make sure you read this and avoid going to this place.

I have been here twice and both times I have been, I have placed an order on the phone for collection and arriving within 10 minutes as they have said the food would be ready in 20 minutes.

Both times I have been, after waiting 45 - 50 minutes, I have been told they will start making my order shortly. Who on earth in the right mind is behind this takeaway business that seems to think it’s okay to run a place like this?

If you can be bothered waiting such a long time for a takeaway, wait till you try their dry food the seagulls wouldn’t...

The worst takeaway to order from. Ordered 16 inch hardeez special pizza, that was really a JOKE, there was no pizza tomato sauce and they used the cheapest cheese in the market for topping. It smelt really bad I thought they re-heated it but it was the way it was. I stopped ordering from them years ago but thought to give them another try but they have even gone worse. Never order from them and never recommend them to anyone. It doesn't allow otherwise they don't even deserve one...
