Julie's Cafe — Restaurant in England

Visited on Saturday 28th December for the usual breakfast. Plenty of choice on the menu for breakfast, lunch etc, and a good choice of drinks. When we got there it was quite cold in the cafe which i really dont like, but thats just my preference. The cafe is run by a couple who were friendly and the service very good. Both myself and the wife went for the Full English at £7.70 with 2 toast. Food was lovely and hot and tasty, the sausages really nice as was the bacon. My only gripe in any cafe when visiting is the sauce. I expect good quality brown sauce and ketchup and in this instance was let down as it affected the taste of the very well cooked breakfast. I usually carry a couple of sachets of HP Brown sauce just in case, but forgot on this occasion. Cafe`s like this need support and this is a lovely little cafe so people of Kettering and surrounding areas, make sure you visit here for good food at a reasonable price. Had a lovely breakfast at Julie's this morning. The service was friendly and very happy to accept me having a coffee while waiting for a friend, once said friend arrived they were attentive without being pushy and took our breakfast order. Everything we ordered turned up in good time and all cooked really well. It's an absolute pleasure to have grilled tomatoes on a breakfast that are actually properly cooked instead of being mostly cold with a black grill line on the top. Decent quality bacon, and tasty sausages made this an experience I'll happily repeat. The burger and omelette sections of the menu also make me want to come back for lunch sometime soon.

Good value overall too. 2x full English breakfasts, extra black pudding and total 5 coffees...

Ordered with them through uber eats. 1 hour and a half later, we had still not got our food so I called them only to be told that we had not provided an address. Upon checking the order, the address was clearly there and I use this account weekly and never had any issues before with the address. The man on the phone was incredibly rude to me and said they had been calling me all morning but my phone has not rang once.
