Zizou Express - Kettering — Restaurant in England

I’ll start by saying their food is great but delivery guy is not great. I had to wait 2 hours for my food yesterday, called the restaurant like 5 times and the lady kept telling be the driver is minutes away which was a lie. No matter how good they make the food, serving it 2 hours later is completely ruining the taste.. chips were soggy, burger was cold and chicken was dry because they kept it too much in the bag. Reading some of these reviews, it looks like I’m not the only person with similar problem. I really hope they can hire somebody else or an extra driver if they are struggling too much. I would also appreciate if I didn’t get lied to when asking for an update on my food. Rather than telling me my food is minutes away, let me know that the driver had some difficulties on the road and he will be late .. I would’ve asked for a refund if that...

We have been ordering from them for years, food is amazing.

However most of the time the food is only just warm & late!

We ordered a week back on Just Eat. It was really late, food was stone cold, and missing 2 items of food! We rang them they said we can get a new one but will be 45 minutes which would take it to 10pm (could bet your top dollar that would have been late making it more 10.30pm) So I told them I just want a refund! They told us to get it from Just Eat. 4/5 days later, Just Eat still refusing to refund any money and that it should have been via the restaurant there and then!

WE WILL NOT BE USING ZIZOUS ANYMORE OR JUST EAT! You’ve lost a loyal but tolerant customer. VERY DISAPPOINTED £40 down the drain!

Ordered “wing kingz” off Uber eats turns out its the same company … due between 4:45 -5:05 had to jump though hoops to even get the restaurant's number as they listed a False number on uber eats to contact them

I called at 5:20pm asking where my order was I was told “will be there in 5 minutes actually no 15 mins no more

than 20”

I said it’s very unprofessional we’ve requested updates via the app for the food and I asked what they will do if it is not here in the time they said the woman on the phone asked someone else who I heard say “nothing”

Extremely unprofessional and terrible service especially for how much was spent!

Food eventually arrived at 5:40 no apologies nothing .. and to top it off cold food

Food subpar also and nothing like described
