Kaspa's Blackburn — Restaurant in England

My first and very last visit, I was nagged from my children to go here, so I agreed and we visited this afternoon. We were seated at a sticky and dirty table which had supposedly been cleaned...?? The seats and the splash back that was around the walls were also full of food bits, sticky and dirty. I asked a member of staff if the table could be re-wiped (and it wasn't) I went to the counter to order our food and as I doing this a female member of staff used her bare fingers and put some food in her mouth which she took from the cake fridge. She had no gloves on and then started to serve the next person. As i went back to my seat i noticed that the floor was full of food and grease all over it and my feet were slipping on the sticky floor. The black gloss splash backs were also dirty and sticky. The main windows to look out of were also very dirty with finger marks and food on them. Then another member of staff walked past our table holding plates to her chest and a dirty 10" cake cutting knife(pointy end sticking out away from her body), she went in the toilets direction, i was disgusted at this and then she walked passed again a few mins later holding the knife in the same position. Eventually our food came in dribs and drabs so we all ate separately, my son ordered ice cream and me and my daughter ordered hot waffles. The English from the staff was very poor and they were all dirty/scruffy with food stuff all over their jeans and issued t-shirts. Overview... very dirty, service terrible, expensive, lacked service with a smile and good communication from inexperienced staff. Food not brilliant, however...

Awful! Do not go here

Today (18th August 2017) myself and one of my friends visited Kaspers in Blackburn. We wasn't overly impressed with our experience after a 45 Minute drive from Blackpool, as we arrived we stood at the post stating " wait here to be seated" for around 10 minute bearing in mind there was one customer at the till and 2 people working! We decided to take ourselves to a table and get ourselves menus, after deciding what we wanted we approached the till where a not so polite lady was serving, she had a face and a attitude like I don't know what so rude!!!! She defiantly needs to learn some manners and customer service skills!! she kept getting the order wrong and stressing at us, once placing the order out crepes came out within 5 minutes. Having to get out own cutlery aswell!!

Looking at our crepes they looked amazing! But the order was wrong but we didn't say anything as we didn't mind only the sauce so we began to eat these crepes and I'm not joking they tasted like they had been cooked cooked and cooked again, it was so hard to cut it to be able to eat it! Overall our experience at kaspers was not up to the standards that it should if been at! I won't be rushing...

Absolutely shocking experience. Ordered food to take out. We ordered a crepe and cookie dough. Firstly it took over 10 minutes just to order. The staff team decided to not acknowledge us when we stood waiting to be served. They then said it would be a 10 minute for the food wait which it definitely wasn’t. The food took over 40 minutes. As there had been such a delay receiving the food, my crepe was cold and completely inedible. The strawberries on my crepe were not fresh and tasted days old. The cookie dough was warm but was doused in chocolate to the point where it turned mushy. So disheartening as we travelled from 30 mins away to have it. By the time I sat to eat my dessert the store had closed so I couldn’t even go in and speak to them. We have had it in the past and there were no complains. An incompetent staff team has led to awful customer service and experience, I will not be visiting any kaspas stores again. A waste of time and money may as well have...
