The food was really good and the delivery driver very professional, however my food was slightly late, the takeaway place guy phone me and wasnât very clear on what he was saying as he sounded Preoccupied with something else, then abruptly said the driver will be with you soon, I waited another 5mins and called kebab night the guy was very rude and I simply asked him where my food was? He said itâs running late and my reply I am aware of that, I mentioned my food may end up being cold, his response your food wonât be cold as we just made it and packed it, I then said well can you not just call the driver and find out where he would be because like I said my food was suppose to be delivered, guys response to was âif you wanted me to call him why not say?â Excuse me I am a paying customer why wouldnât you just say you would call why would I have to ask you? Try and have common sense and donât ask silly questions naturally if I was working in a takeaway and I can I have a customer on the phone and I can clearly see that their food order is late I wouldnât be rude and abrupt like you was I would apologise and offer to call the driver. Itâs simple manners, Brighton is very small, further more I am Turkish myself and I would not be recommending this takeaway itâs not about the food itâs about the hospitality and this is not good turkish...
   Read moreAfter six years of no kebab I decided with a friend to order online.. Now I had some questions to ask which need an answer and the staff seemed to play parce the bloody parcel on the phone.
Was advised it would take an hour to deliver, but showed up after 20 minutes which I thought was a funny hour. Despite the food being nice, the presentation was dreadful. Bread not cut, no care for their product they are selling as pops in a silver tray. Was more swimming in water with the salad than being fresh..
Given 3 stars as enjoyed the meal and so did the dogs. Had to test it on the dogs before I accepted it as dogs will eat food that's OK to eat and I was unsure of how this arrived..
Despite a good meal overall, I will try somewhere different next time. Don't like my food slapped in a tray, I pay for preparation so therefore to keep custom...
   Read moremyself and 4 of my neighbours have been having deliveries from kebab night for 8+ years now. recently we have had nothing but problems! we don't get our order correctly, it turns up cold and then its still wrong. when you phone up to complain they take another hour to get it out to you and its still wrong. ok so you could except some of the excuses like- we are very busy, we have new drivers, one driver is off sick, we have more new staff etc etc. enough is enough now. IF YOU GET AN ORDER WRONG, MAKE IT A PRIORITY TO GET IT OUT TO THE CUSTOMER IMEDIATLY! there way of compensation is oh dear we will bung in a couple of cans of drinks! NOT GOOD ENOUGH KEBAB NIGHT. we will be trying somewhere else in the future. what a shame you can look after your regulars after 8+ years. VERY POOR CUSTOMER...
