Very friendly owner and staff. Accomodating to changes and requests. Most delicious Indian food by far, everything was homemade which is something we rarely find at Indian restaurants. Really enjoyed the homemade non frozen samosa, a rarity. Delicious bhajis and creative cheese starter. Our mains were amazing, I had chicken tikka masala which was brilliant and definitely homemade and unique, better than anywhere else. We enjoyed our meals, we had to wait a bit longer than usual for the mains but we didn't mind as the wait was worth it for the freshly cooked, authentic flavour. Amazing dishes, great spices and really fresh ingredients. We had the Rogan Josh Lamb, Jhinga Dum, Mangalorean Chicken, Jardaloo Ma Gosht and Chicken Kadhai and lovely starters. But, be prepared to wait between 45 minutes to 1 hour. The waiting time is considerable and understandable as they are a new restaurant. At the moment they were unable to accept card payments but gave us a courtesy sambuca for the inconveniences....

The Kesar was lovely, the staff were so welcoming and the food was fab. We particularly enjoyed the modern twists on the starters especially the coriander and lime chicken and the venison shish.
