The exterior looks like they closed down months ago. Needs updating or at least weedkiller. The interior however has been updated to the corporate new model. With only 2 customers the service was a slow experience and a tad noisy as the previous customer had obvious issues with his order. Eventually this was resolved but not without the whole crew stopping to debate what had happened. As for our ordered food it can only be described as an expensive joke. How much longer can KFC get away with selling 12 soggy uncooked chips as a portion. They taste like the leftover chips that didn't quite make the grade or plate from the air fryer, that you scrape out the next day. The burgers are so overrated a cheap chicken burger with hardly any ingredients inside a soft tasteless bun. The cost of this burger, 12 chips ( there not fries) plus a regular pepsi over £7 there's currently high inflation but this was purely a waste of money for what is offered. KFC has never been a budget bashing fast food establishment but it's now a budget restaurant only in food quality and customer service. Only gave 2 stars as it was clean inside. Oh and remember to smile and greet your customer they are not just a number 🙄
