Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in England

Ordered cinnamon swirl today noticed theres flies inside the holding area. Waited 30 minutes for my drink. Rude staff when I told her (between 18-20 year old girl) that I have been waiting for my drink for ages she answered back that it is their first day and they are still learning, without even apologies, they changed shift at 14:00, if they are new surely they should be shadowed/ assisted.

1/12/20 15:20pm Ordered coffee and frapuccino inside the store for take away. I have observed the young blond lad who did the caramel coffee frapuccino, he did not do it from the fresh! He add some squirt of syrup milk then ice on the left over from the previous one he did! I cannot taste the coffee nor caramel on it! This not the first time this lad made a mistake on orders or he is just taking the piss! Surely every frap should be made by order not keep on topping like that! Good coffee shop with friendly staff that also offers a drive thru option. The coffee is on a par with other Starbucks outlets which in my opinion is quite good. When the shop is busy it can sometimes be a bit of a wait until your coffee is prepared but this is also on a par with other Starbucks branches. They could improve this as is the case with getting served at Pret a Manger who serve great coffee really quickly no matter how busy they are. There is a good selection of pastries to accompany the drinks but I'd personally like to see toast offered as well especially in the morning. Technology is good here and this particular shop has implemented the facility to pre order and collect later using an app available on smartphones which is great asset if you are in a hurry. The seating area is comfortable and there is nice outside area as well. Decor is a little tired however and could do with a bit of a 'sweep' more often to keep it looking clean during and after...

I drink at a lot of Starbucks around the country however this branch is by far the best and I've been coming here since it opened. Staff are always helpful and friendly- any delays are addressed and the drinks are always made spot on (the only store I've found who make their PSLs perfect every time!). I've never caught her name but one of the management staff (with the short black hair) always goes out of her way to make you feel valued as a customer, recommends great complimentary food items, and her general customer service skills are exceptional. I know people may complain about the cups left around on tables, but this is a busy store in the area and having sat in the store for hours upon hours, staff do bus tables when they get a free moment. It also comes down to common courtesy and respect of customers to not leave the place a state. Can't fault this store one bit, thank...
