First of all I would like to say KFS in latchford Warrington has to be the most obnoxious staff members I had ever had to speck to. The establishment was extremely unclean and you could tell no staff members had sanitised any table's or even the floor. Absolutely disgusting overall experience. I'm surprised and shocked at the comments of positive feed back, becouse I could see nothing but poor customer service, poor food quality and again extremely poor clumsiness of restaurant. Internal and external area's showed poor cleaning and obviously no C.O.S. training or customer care had ever taken place. If it did why was my experience so poorly satisfied. It started with me asking for boneless bucket deal the cashier then asked me "yah what side orders you won't?" I replied sorry I can't ear you due to the kitchen area was extremely noisy, I presume it was the fans above and kitchen equipments was making the noise. The cashier spoken softly and quietly so was difficult to hear properly. I replied "I'll like beans and gravy please" then the cashier said " ok that'll be £20" ( can't remember the exact price) I paid with my bank card. And the cashier just gave me my receipts. No other comments were made. But the customer is always right. Not here it may seem. A colleague from the kitchen area appeared and came towords me and said "it'll be 15 minutes we cook to order the boneless bucket" okay I get that but cashier had said that to me and why the abrupt comment from the kitchen colleague spoke with attitude towards me. I am not going to comment further on this because I'm so annoyed and frustrated of my experience, I could of added further comments but I won't. Was it worth the wait for my boneless bucket takway no and will I revisit this particular KFC NO I WONT RE VISIT THIS KFC EVER AGAIN. I only give my honest professional opinion to any organisation that I visit because I feel it's important to let other members of the public know of any public place you visit of honest feedback. Wish others do the same, I've in past visited this restaurant and never always been the best experience of both customer service or good quality of food but that's it from now one if I won't KFC it'll not be this particular kFC. I wish anyone visit this KFC have better experience then me an hopefully they'll improve both the colleague customer service and cleaning of the restaurant and I'll like to add better quality of food. The last two times has been down to staff attitude.
A couple of years ago they were friendly and helpful.
No customers in the premises today.
I don't like to use the ordering machines, as I get the impression that the customer cannot find the best value on them.
KFC pricing seems to bamboozle you with different options, possibly designed to confuse the customer in to over paying.
When I pointed out what I consider to be an anomaly on the price, I said that you don't appear to be helping the customers get the best prices.
Putting that comment to the member of staff on the counter, she replied that it wasn't her, the company set the price.
She didn't seem to get that when I said " you don't appear ", that because she was the face of the company, I was suggesting KFC and not her personally.
She didn't want to be helpful and told me to use the ordering machine, because it was no different trying to order at the counter.
Obviously I was disturbing her whilst hanging about around the counter.
What was my problem with the anomaly??
Nearly everywhere you buy something ( not just JFC ) you get better value the more you order.
3 pieces of chicken £5.49.
6 pieces of chicken £11.49.
Therefore, 3 pieces of chicken x two portions = £10.98, which is £0.51 pence cheaper than buying the 6 pieces.
Decent companies who want to give their customers the best value, should be pointing that out and give the customer better value for the larger order.
The customer shouldn't have to scrutinise the prices to make sure they are not being unnecessarily over charged.
My order was for my grandchildren and because of the couldn't care less, unhelpful attitude, I left and took my business elsewhere. ( as I did on my previous visit, when they told me that the drive through was closed, after sitting in the queue behind another vehicle/customer, who they served )
This encounter therefore took me to McDonald's, at the Poplars service station next to the A50/M56/M6.
The staff there are always so polite and courteous.
Maybe the KFC manager at Latchford would do well to drive up the road and pay it a visit, see and learn how a customer should be treated and pass that information on to his substandard members of staff, it would certainly help to retain customers business.

Read moreMe and my boyfriend went into the restaurant and was greeted by a girl named Chloe at the counter. She was lovely and very sweet. She said that there would be a 20 minute wait on mini fillets and as that’s what I wanted we decided to wait. She was so apologetic and polite. She offered us a drink and popcorn chicken while we were waiting which was a really thoughtful gesture and said she would do what she can to speed things up. We sat there and she kept asking if we needed anything which was really good customer service. I could tell that it had been a long day for her but she never broke her amazing customer service throughout. She then told us that it wouldn’t be too long so asked us to come to the counter to order. Unfortunately they didn’t have many sides left as it was around 9:30pm so asked if we wanted anything else which was really nice. She accommodated my request without any hesitation and offered us another drink while we waited for it to be packed up. It was really lovely to see such a sweet and considerate member of staff working there and I will most definitely be back in store soon! The customer service experience she gave us was unlike anything I’ve witnessed over the past few years and thought she deserves praise! She is a credit to the store.
