More like NO Service.

Firstly I can not comment on the food as we did not eat here.

I booked online for my husbands birthday treat. We booked for a lunch time as we had our baby with us. We were the only ones in the place at the time. We were asked after at minute or two of waiting if we had booked. After advising that we had and giving our name the staff member seemed to think we were a booking of six and not two. Clearly the staff had not looked at the booking I had made and the requirements I had noted such as space for my sons pushchair if possible.

We were told to sit where ever and so we did. The only positive I have is at this point, one guy did offer us a highchair which is genuinely the only decent service we had at all.

Other than this one act....We received ZERO customer service. NO ONE asked if we had been before, no one advised us how to order, no one asked us if we wanted to see drink or food menus. Literally NOTHING. No one approached us at any point at all. NOT ONCE!

I decided to change my baby thinking that by the time I had returned to our table they may have given my OH the menus. Nope. On returning my OH was sat there and still no one had attended to us at all. There wasn't even a staff member about at the time to ask for a menu...and really we shouldn't have to when we have booked there with the intention of getting food.

The staff seemed to have disappeared apart from one girl who ignored us the whole time we were there. Didn't make eye contact NOTHING.

After 35 minutes of waiting we decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere. We were very disappointed with the lack of service and general manners. We don't often get to eat out and we were looking forward to this but were let down. We were the only people there so we can't even attribute the lack of service to a busy premises.

Appauling Service and Highly...

Exceptional service, food was lovely! Best overnight oats i've ever eaten(was prepared beautifully with a selection of fruit and honey on top) my partner said her sausage and bacon sandwich was really nice too, she commented on how good the sausages were(Cumberland), even the tea was "the brew company" brand, it seemed like everything was the best quality available and that they were really trying to provide the best food and drinks they could at the price point, the bill wasn't much anyways in my eyes for what we got so i left them a tip in the tip jar on the way out, oh yes and the toilets where spotless too! Best little cafe i've been in for a long time this one, top...

We have been going to here for years! Usually for breakfast after a lovely walk around bishops park. This is because KAS is super dog friendly!

Their breakfasts are fantastic I always go for a cooked breakfast, it has very generous portions but doesn’t skimp on quality products. I tried their rarebit and could not finish the portion! My wife experiments more, the overnight oats are her favourite, not gloopy, really fresh!

We finally tried their pizza, although personally I felt it didn’t live up to the excellent breakfast my wife loved it, thin base kept it light and the pasta special along with it was great!
