It seems everytime we go to this location in Bishop Auckland everything is cold. Disappointing but when service personnel actually tell you that's how they are I'm inclined to think the quality of Greggs product and employees are falling well below the mark of any reason to return. Use to really enjoy a hot pasty, now we just walk by and go elsewhere. Do not recommend...

I visited twice in two days for a Sausage Bean and Cheese Melt, piping hot and quickly served as you expect from the chain. Though I do consider that it is becoming expensive compared to what it offered thirty years ago, in it's defense the business has evolved and has a much wider selection on offer to the customer. I will no doubt call in again...
