As just eat doesn't allow people to delete/edit review... (edit they have allowed me to remove the review.) A few days ago I gave 4 stars for the delivery. Partly this was based on how the UI of Just eat jumped suddenly to 'enjoy your order' when the order hadn't yet been delivered. Part of me was under the misconception that the delivery system (the digital interface part) itself is also in part held accountable when a lower star is given - sadly this is not the case. Also just eat doesn't state if the place is using its own drivers or drivers provided by just eat (Not realivant as the missing star was to do with the interface). So here is a clearer review with more details.

Food and Drink: Koko's dumplings are delicious even when delivered. Though the owners do suggest it is even better when eating in so I will have to try. They have a good selection of drinks. Many different teas to enjoy and even Badam milk which I haven not seen often.

Delivery: I used Just Eat. This was a mistake. Places get busy but I panicked when it said 'enjoy your order' and my food had not yet arrived. I know people can be 5 start blind so I only hope that while a mistake on my part - see intro - that people will see the actual text of the review and go 'oh that isn't actually bad' and know that a place doesn't have to be perfect to be worth your money. I hope people will also see this 5 star review and understand that delays do happen when good places get busy. Taking Just Eat out of the equation the delievery time would have been fine. It was simply how things were displayed by Just Eat that made things seem worse than it really was. That is a Just Eat issue. Koko itself is great.

Atmosphere: I have been inside when it is more quiet just for a snack and drinks. It is very clean and cosy in a pleasant way. Certainly worth sitting in.

From the moment I stepped into Koko Bubble Tea and Snack Bar, the ambience enveloped me in a pleasant atmosphere that promised a delightful culinary journey. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly their special dumplings. Oh my goodness, they were a revelation! Each dumpling was a parcel of pure joy, with flavors that danced on the palate. The hot chicken dumplings were a fiery delight, while the Maggie-flavored dumplings brought a nostalgic twist that was both innovative and comforting.

Moving on to the drinks, the frappe was a first-time experience for me and it did not disappoint. It's a must-try for anyone visiting. The best part? They don't use cream in their frappe, which is a thoughtful touch from a customer's point of view. It's lighter, yet doesn't compromise on flavor.
