Wynd Pantry — Restaurant in England

My mother in law ordered (two weeks ago at least), my wife and I a high tea to be delivered between 11 and 1 as an anniversary treat. It is currently 15.35 and we've been told it's 'on the van' twice and that they're 'very busy' no excuse, if you can't handle the business you've been paid for doubt take on new business. If they can't hit a two hour window on a prebooked order, they cannot be relied upon for larger gigs. Nothing has arrived. Abysmal customer service. Avoid Only getting one star because i can't give none UPDATE Food arrived a few minutes before 4. All very tasty. Very good quality and loads of it. Have upgraded to 3 stars. Still very poor to be three hours late without calling...

Visited recently with my colleague and two of our residents. The members of staff ,including a lady we believe to be the owner of the establishment, went out of their way to accommodate us and meet our dietary needs. Lovely atmosphere. The place became very busy and some of their customers were very rude but the young lad handled them politely as he could. I thanked them for all their kindness and for helping us enjoy our day...

Lovely veggie Sunday lunch. All the veggies fresh and full of their flavour. Mashed potato, roast potato, sage and onion stuffing, carrots , turnip, cabbage, garden peas, huge home baked Yorkshire pudding and stacks of lovely veggie gravy.
