The winter salad bowl was excellent. The vegan feta pastry was a bit greasy.

The staff were very busy and I felt they were a bit overworked at lunchtime.

Nice setting near the historic tithe barn.

additional notes after the reply -

Thank you so much for your reply, which was longer than my quick review!

I think your staff did an excellent job keeping on top of the busy service and should be commended for doing so. I was more worried that they were so busy juggling new orders, delivering food, clearing up. They were still polite and helpful throughout.

Having veggie / vegan options was really appreciated, and I would like to reiterate that the warm winter salad was superb. And I forgot to say that the value for money was great given the portion size!

I would love to return if in...

This place is excellent. We visit regularly and are always impressed. The menu is lovely, and healthy! I find this quite rare in England....

Food is served quickly, considering that it is freshly prepared. They offer dishes at a range of reasonable price points. I just read the owners' (very respectful) response to a one star review, citing just how hard it is to run this kind of business in today's economic climate, and I couldn't agree more. I think they are doing INCREDIBLY well, and have nothing but support and admiration for them. What they've achieved in such little time is commendable. Our quality of life is genuinely better because this lovely place is around the corner!

Thank you, long may your success continue!...

This is an unfailingly delightful cafe, run by hardworking people who are nothing other than polite, friendly and very community-focussed. Cakes are delicious and the owners are always concerned that everyone feels included and well-looked after. I read a review here where someone's order had been messed up and they left a low-score. I feel sad about this, because I know that the staff were fairly new and that everyone is trying their best. I'm not sure why people are so hard on others and don't cut them any slack - we're all human! And we all want our local indie businesses to survive. I've always had great service and really appreciate being able to get a coffee in this part of town. Long may...

“Discovered this quaint little café tucked away in the grounds of the Tithe Barn — what a gem! The food was simply delicious, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavour in every bite. we had the Soup of the day - A Pumpkin Soup- , and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The team were so friendly and made you feel genuinely welcomed, which made the whole experience even more memorable. You can tell the owners and Chef Dave, truly know and love good food — every detail felt thoughtful and full of care. A lovely surprise, and definitely a place I’ll return to! Dog friendly too.

I live in Bath and got the train to Avoncliff, following the canal path into Bradford on Avon, having never visited before. Came across little barn right off the footpath and we had such a lovely brunch. The pistachio white hot chocolate was delicious, as was the granola bowl, both beautifully presented. The banoffee cake also nice though expensive at £6.50. The tea selection was huge and want to come back already to try all the different lattes and hot chocolates! Really recommend this place after a lovely canal walk.

Such a lovely cafe in a fantastic location. Popped by Bradford on Avon to visit family and decided to take the dog for a walk by the river/ tithe barn. We sat outside and had the best tasting oat milk coffees we've ever had. It felt like the perfect way to spend an autumn morning. The service was wonderful even though our dog was quite excitable. (He was very grateful for his dog biscuits too!) Will definitely be coming again, only shame is that I don't live closer to come by on every dog walk!! 10/10!
