Longlane Fish Bar — Restaurant in England

Went here last Summer for chips and curry and the chips were dry, overcooked and partly burnt and the curry sauce was a dark brown gravy-like colour (not the usual yellowy colour like the usual Chinese curry) and was way too thick, almost a paste-like consistency like it needed more water adding to it so it was too strong and salty and had me feeling so thirsty, I nearly chewed the tap off my bathroom sink when I got home.

Surprised at the many positive reviews on here so would like to think I had simply come on a bad day as this chippy has been here what seems...

I've known Kim and Loui since they had Kim's Kitchen in Culcheth. I can honestly say, they make the BEST oriental food in Warrington. They are kind hearted, they work hard and I'd absolutely recommend their food to everyone. If you come for a visit, a trip to Longlane fish bar is an absolute must! P.s. order the peaking ribs and salt and pepper chips.....

It's a good chippy but be careful what you get as i got a spring roll and ended up being sick, i only eaten 1/4 of the spring roll. The food is good there but didn't like the spicy spring roll that made me sick. Both of the curry sauce they do are soo good. I thought it be hot and spicy...
