Luigi's Pizzeria — Restaurant in England

Strongly Advise NOT to order from Luigi’s🤮 Never have I had food so vile, on delivery the driver had miscommunication that some of the order was missing which was not the case but what they guys in the shop failed to tell him was that a full Parmesan was order and paid for but only half was sent out and when the food was opened I have honestly never seen anything like it.... looked inedible and no care had been taken in the cooking or presentation of the food and the quality was by far the worst I have had to be honest the R.S.P.C.A serve their animals better meals...😡 I contacted the shop and informed them to get not much help and then when I asked to speak with a manger I was offered for fresh food which I can only take as an insult I informed them that I wanted the food collecting and a refund, when the driver returned to collect the food there was 3 people in the car and all 3 got out and approached my front door which I found quite intimidating as I’m sure one person would have be able to collect the food. I will NEVER order from here again and would advise anyone else to Not use...

was feeling really low today and thought I was living a miserable life — usually food brings me comfort. Unfortunately, this order of pizza and cheesy garlic mushrooms made things worse instead of better.

Cheesy Garlic Mushrooms: absolutely disappointing. About a quarter of the portion was just oil, and despite the name, there was cheese and there were mushrooms… but garlic clearly didn’t get the invite Probably banned.

Pizza: the base was undercooked — practically begging to be put back in the oven. The sauce was so strong and concentrated it could probably run for Prime Minister (and win). Only the top layer of cheese melted, leaving the rest clumped up underneath. And the chicken? Let’s just say it tasted like it died under mysterious circumstances.

Overall: not comfort food — just a greasy crime scene. Bonus point: delivery was quick though… shame the food...

I had to give 1 star to make the review but this place needs condemning and needs to be closed down I'm surprised no one has died yet from eating this vile stuff, when it first opened it was quite a nice place but now its seriously gone down hill, the last order I made came with mouldy pitta breads with green mold all over them but when you ring them they give you serious attitude like it's ok for them to sell u food like that and your the one with the problem, absolute disgrace of a place, when I discovered the mold it put my family off immediately and I think the donna meat was off as well, still waiting for a refund but I think we are never going to get it. STAY CLEAR...
