Excellent quality food and very good customer service. Staff make the effort to chat with all of their customers, which helps when you're having to wait around for your order.

The seating area can feel a little cramped at times (there are only two tables to sit at). I would eat there more often but don't because of that.

There aren't many dessert options (unlike their Stockton shop) but I still prefer this particular shop over the other.

The specials at both shops are delicious and very good value for money, especially compared to their competitors.

Parking is a little awkward because it's yellow lines outside the shop and on a busy main road so your cars at risk.
