I recently had the pleasure of visiting a McDonald's restaurant, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I walked through the doors until the moment I left, the service, car parking facilities, and cleanliness exceeded my expectations.

First and foremost, the quick service at this McDonald's was exceptional. The staff members were efficient, attentive, and friendly, ensuring that each customer was served promptly and with a smile. The ordering process was seamless, and the staff had a good knowledge of the menu, offering helpful suggestions when needed. Despite the restaurant being busy, the staff handled the rush with ease, and I didn't have to wait long for my order to be prepared and served. Kudos to the team for their dedication to providing a fast and efficient service.

Another aspect that impressed me was the availability of ample car parking. Finding parking can be a hassle at times, but this McDonald's had a well-designed parking lot that accommodated numerous vehicles. It was spacious, clean, and well-lit, ensuring a safe and convenient experience for all customers. I appreciated the thoughtful consideration given to car parking, as it made my visit all the more convenient and stress-free.

Moreover, cleanliness played a significant role in enhancing my overall experience. The restaurant was immaculate, with tables, chairs, and floors all spotlessly clean. Our 1st visit here on our way home from spending a day in Weymouth. An absolutely complete surprise to find this little converted place a Mcdonalds. OK.. it didn't have the usual big advertising boards and menus outside and any drive through, but it was an adequate pit stop just off the main road. They were busy, but to be fair it was a heatwave of a weekend, and clearly many people had spent the day at the beach. That said..we didn't have to wait very long for our order. The only thing that marred our brief stay was a lady customer who walked in with 10 children and questioned again and again the member of staff why she couldn't sit on the centre table with the children..saying they were all together and it didn't make sense....whilst the children all behaved fairly well..felt the customer was disrespectful to the member of staff -who obviously hadn't made the rules...but was making sure that the covid safe rules were adhered to for the safety of all staff and customers. ( the centre table didn't have any screens around it like the tables around the rest of the restaurant.) Have to mention the customer was joined by 2 other women..and none of them wore a face covering..maybe they were exempt?..but making a scene over the rules of seating when staff are just doing their job spoiled the atmosphere of the restaurant. The same member of staff who had made sure the rules were adhered to- ensured all tables were cleaned ASAP, and felt she was so helpful ensuring the queue went down quick..and anyone needing assistance was helped ..she was very observant..a credit to the company and we noticed she went round the car park emptying the bins and making sure any litter was picked up. Keep up...

Worst I've been in. Sorry. But car park way too small for this restaurant, every time we have passed it people have been parked on the sides of the road, but today we needed something to grab on our way back to our holiday home after a day out. We were parked across the road 🙄 and queing out the door, finally got to machine to order, done it, had a long wait for order, this is understandable, I was expecting that, but they called my number, all food packed in bags again far too small for my food, the tops would not close. And then proceed to tell me the milkshake machine had just stopped working, so now I've got to wait for 3 other drinks to be made whilst my food is waiting in my child's arms. (Plus no apology) then the cardboard drink holders they have, they only had in 2's, not 4's. Which didn't help me, as I had 6, 3 drinks and 3 mcflurries. Which at 8+1/2 months pregnant, tired, in pain, is now carrying 3 separate drink trays whilst encouraging my child not to drop the 2 too small bags of food on the floor whilst we had to weave through the cars trying to park and cross a road. Then get back and all burgers were cold! Not even warm, just cold. Far too much sauce in the big Mac, most of it ended up in the box, and I like the sauce but it was too much. Oh, and when ur at the machines you order dips with the nuggets, but they never came. Overall, the plus was the children are done asking for McDonald's every time we pass now, so we can enjoy the rest of the holiday...
