Really bad night here on the 6th June going into morning of 7th June. Went through the first time everything seemed normal untill the last window when I was handed 4 drinks individually, so I obviously asked for a cup holder. Then tried to quickly check the food was there, noticed there wernt any sauces so I tried to get the attention of the worker who had quickly shut the window as soon as he handed over the food. He then gave me the wrong sauces after asking me what sauces I ordered. Once I left the window I noticed that the coke I ordered was a coke zero and one of the burgers was missing..... coincidentally both items were part of my meal. So all I had was some very stale cold fries.
I went through a second time as it was midnight and I am super hungry. BIG MISTAKE. Once in the que it took an hour. Yes. A whole hour to reach the end. After paying for a medium big mac meal and coke with no modifications I sat in the car listening to the melodies of horn beeping from other trapped customers 😂 for literally 20 minutes. Reached the last window. With no apology for wait times or acknowledgment of them I was asked what I had ordered at the start of the que 😂. I explained my VERY SIMPLE order and waited for a minute while she went to find it I guess. Once I parked to eat my food (noting the fries last run through were cold and stale so I thought I should try to eat as fast as possible) I noticed the coke was warm! Like really warm.... The big mac was stone cold all the way through and had no Lettuce, no pickles and extra sauce. The fries were the only fresh thing in the bag. Sad meal after sad experience 🥲

Read moreI work in a fast food environment so am probably more aware of what goes on in stores and certain standards than most. Fancied a sausage and egg McMuffin meal, ordered on the kiosk with little issue. Plenty of tables to sit on and all were for the most part clean. Not a massive issue, accept it was still that way by time I left around 24 minutes later. I could see there was at least one crew member per station, which should have worked a treat. Accept, I am still stood waiting for my food nearly 7 minutes later. Drive thru had only 2 cars waiting. My Mcmuffin mind you was built fairly quickly BUT alas, no accompanying hash brown. None were cooking and no one had noticed for a while that there were none on hold. So whilst I am now approaching 10 minutes of waiting, not one person advised of the wait time or apologised for the fact. With this time spare, I was able to notice a few things such as crew members touching their own face or hair and not washing hands. My food has been sat waiting in the heat chute for over 12 minutes as the hash browns came out. Drive thru order served first, customer served at front counter than a lady before me then myself. So by time my food came out it was roughly 14/15 minutes. The only thing hot on my McMuffin was the hash brown. Read moreI am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with McDonald’s delivery service. On 25/08/24, I placed an order for takeaway through your app, only to receive a delivery that was so incomplete it was almost comical. The number of items missing from my order exceeded the number of items actually delivered.
I immediately lodged a complaint through the app, only to be directed to Uber Eats for resolution. While Uber Eats did issue a refund for the missing items, I was then informed that I would need to reorder and pay the delivery fee again to receive the correct items. This is utterly unacceptable.
When I questioned this, I was told that it is policy and that there was nothing more that could be done. Frankly, this is a poor excuse for a solution. Not only was my original order mishandled, but I am now expected to incur additional costs and inconvenience due to a mistake that was entirely McDonald’s fault.
This situation demonstrates a clear lack of accountability and respect for your customers. I expect McDonald’s, a globally recognized brand, to take ownership of such issues and ensure that customers are not penalized for mistakes that are out of their control. The current policy is inadequate and places an unfair burden on the customer.
I strongly urge you to review your policies and customer service practices. I expect immediate corrective action and a response detailing how McDonald’s intends to address...
