Unfortunately this is probably the worst McDonald's I have ever used. Be prepared to be"asked " to park somewhere in the shoppers car park because both designated grill bays will definitely be full and wait for ages while your drinks get cold/warm and your ice creams melt. My worst experience by a long way was this morning. I ordered a breakfast for my son and me at 10.23am and was "asked" to find somewhere to park. It was packed so I just sat in the middle. My order arrived at 10.40am by which time my coffee was tepid. I fortunately checked the contents of my food bag to find that only three quarters of it was in there. I asked the member of staff to come back and explained the problem and she apologetically took my bag to correct it. I finally received all of my breakfast components at 10.50am and had to ask for a replacement for my now cold coffee. I wish I could say that this was just a one off but I can't. This is really not fast food. P. S. If you refuse to find somewhere to park and wait when you are "asked", the mood changes from chirpy to stoney and you'll receive a short lecture about how that will inconvenience everyone and the que won't be...

This was hands-down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s.
I popped in for a quick coffee and to use the toilet — ended up being slapped with a £100 parking fine! YES, £100 for just stopping for a basic service. The staff were unbelievably slow, the service was disinterested and cold, and while I waited nearly 20 minutes for a single coffee, I had no idea I was being silently set up for a parking charge trap.
There were NO clear signs, NO warnings, nothing at all that would have made me think I was being timed or filmed just for entering a McDonald’s car park. It’s a disgrace and it feels like a coordinated rip-off — lure customers in with slow service, then fine them on the way out.
This is no longer a fast-food chain — it’s a fine trap. Do not come here. You’ll regret it.
To anyone thinking of stopping here for even a minute: Don’t. Turn around and save yourself the stress, time, and money. McDonald’s has clearly stopped caring about its customers and started cashing in on...

Service window then tells you to park up somewhere on the left - sorry I thought this was a DRIVE THRU, the clue is in the name.....it means you make your order, pay at one window, and guess what.....Yep, 'collect' at the next!!!! Back into the room - reality check what really happens...... People order food after you in the very slow car lanes, then get served before you with full meals, sides, drinks etc etc. Those with Collection orders from inside, hey they get served before you...... You complain 4 times of poor service to the staff.....from start to finish your total #MacDonalds-Bridlingtonn experience has taken 40 minutes of your life you cannot get back - all that for only 2 Mc Crispy!
