Don't go to this mcdonalds if you can help it. I arrived around 7.30pm and understandably it was very busy. I put my order in on the touch screen and waited patiently. During my wait it was heaving so popped myself over by the uber driver counter and I saw 4 people in a 25 min period complain. 1 went to the uber driver collection part to complain about his order and the lady there tried to help him but was told she wasn't allowed so she had to tell this gentleman to go to the front counter. This gentleman did and was not happy as they got his order completely wrong. They sorted it and it was still wrong so rightfully so this man was angry and went up again. When they gave the order again he put it on a table and checked it and it was still wrong he got more angry and leftwing what he did have. Another gentleman complained from the drive through and the service he received was awful! The staff were so rude. Another gentleman went up to the uber driver collection point and this lady tried to help him and was again told she couldn't. Rightfully so, at this point she got frustrated and the team member had to talk to because she was upset. She was trying to help customers! The gentleman went to the front counter and the way he was spoken to was applauling so he became angry with them which they were taken back by!!. They finaly shouted my number and I collected my food and when I checked it it was near enough cold the veggie dippers where mushed up and my drink was only just over half full. I tried to speak to someone but they couldn't have given a stuff. I just went home as i feel I wouldn't get anywhere. I will be emailing to complain about the level of service and food i received. I know it's not the ritz but I do expect warm edible food. Would not reccomened. Also course in customer service for the staff would help aswell!

Unfortunately, my experience at McDonald's has not changed in eight months, and I am again forced to write a negative review. 😡 ✅Pros: It was clean this time. I personally saw them cleaning. There were no unpleasant smells. ❌Cons: The burgers are terrible! They look nothing like the pictures (which I have added). I understand that some discrepancies are possible, but not that bad! It's just disrespectful to your customers! It seems that nothing has changed in all this time. The food is still the same poor quality, and the service leaves much to be desired. I do not recommend this McDonald's to anyone. 😡 👉My review for 30/08/2023 Bought Large White Coffee. What can I say, coffee-flavored water. A lot of people and noisy Burnt bun, very defeated bacon

Sleek, cold, and charmless — like someone asked an architect, “What if McDonald’s, but make it feel like a tax office?” Gone are the bright colours, the golden arches of joy, the play areas filled with chaos and ketchup. Now it’s all wood panels, neutral tones, and vibes that scream “We regret to inform you...” If I wanted to eat in silence surrounded by beige and existential dread, I’d just go to the GP waiting room and bring my own sandwich. McDonald’s, mate
 we came for nuggets, not nihilism.

Very upsetting service from Manager @ Orbital Swindon. I ordered a McD’s home delivery for my daughters 7th as her b’day treat!! The driver took ages, got lost (on the wrong end of our street) & wasn't responding to my messages to turn around. When it finally arrived, we advised Carolina V that all the drink & McFlurrys were missing, her response ‘ Call McDs’. So we did & spoke to a gentleman who told me that it was Uber Eats that we had to call he couldn’t do anything! I questioned this as I would assume that our drinks & McFlurrys would still be sat in store so he should give to the delivery driver once again for her to complete her delivery in full. As I see it until this order is completed & we have received everything we ordered the responsibility remains with McDs. But I was told they can’t make a driver return to fix their errors! Again he re-iterated how there was nothing he could do it is Ubers responsibility. I asked to speak to a manager at this point of which he confirmed he is! ...I was AMAZED!!! There is obviously no such thing as ‘customer satisfaction’ any longer! If a manager of a branch can have such a poor attitude & too easily pass responsibility & show little care that we received only half our order, wasn’t wiling to put it right (or even offer), or at the very least show remorse then there is no care at all! Such an individual with this attitude should not be given such a responsibility! It’s sad how bad Customer Service is becoming the new normal! Well that’s one thing you can be assured of, if you order a delivery from this McDs Orbital branch & something goes wrong with your order! Calling and/or speaking to a manager will be an absolute waste of time as he won’t care to resolve your issues! And will just...

Always a funny one to review as only use service style fast food if in a hurry and freshwater. Only eat en into a McDonalds twice in 10 years and both times recently. The first time was in the way back from a holiday and it was late and we were starving it was at Rownhams services it was event. The McPlant burger and bun were Ă  delight so juicy and tasty and it looked like a burger when we opened the box. However this time we're had gone to Swindon to luck up a wind item in a auction and we thought let's get the Mcdonald mMcOlant burger. Well what a disappointment it was flat like it has been squashed under a plate no bounce in the bun. It did taste the same but was less desirable to look at in fact I didn't eat all mine because I didn't fancy it However the place was buzzing there were a lot of teenagers having a good time it was lovely to watch them being with there friends and the were delivery prior in and out all the time we were there picking up order in their bags. I've never seen so many members of staff running around keeping on top of the orders they were taking, hats off to them for working so hard. Then I had a large McFlurry as we left and I've had them in the past. Well if I'd had the time I would have tried to get my money back. It was not even 6cms high in the paper bowl. I would have expected it to be halfway up or more. Good help you if you had a small, it would only be a couple...
