Worst meal and customer service ever! Reciepts don't work on the self serve machines and milkshakes unavailable. Food luke warm brought to the table by a miserable member of staff that must not have been able to communicate. x2 Latte's stone cold, staff member returned with x2 hot chocolates ?? Sent back and returned again with x2 cold latte's. Fourth time lucky and we got x2 hot latte's! Desserts brought to table missing a mcflurry and apple pie. Politely told the staff member who argued we hadn't ordered them. Pointed out items on the receipt which was stuck to the tray and asked to speak to a manager. Manager not interested, staff member told us to go to the counter. Proceeded to the counter, the manager hid behind the wall!! 😂 Assistant manager said he would sort it out but no apology. Mcflurry's and apple pie arrived at the table. Recieved x3 mini & x3 normal Terry's chocolate orange mcflurry's. Actually ordered x3 mini Cadburys carmel, x2 normal Cadburys caramel & x1 normal Terry's chocolate orange mcflurry. Prehaps a family of 9 was too big for the popular fast food restaurant! Needless to say we won't be visiting Winsford Mcdonalds again...

Second visit and definitely the last. If anyone has a good thing to say about the service, food and cleanliness of this MC Donalds I'd be surprised. So first visit I received a burger that was not even warm it was actually cold and the MC flurrys we got didn't have any sauce on and one was half empty. Whilst waiting for my food a memberof staff changed a overflowing bin which then drained some food fluid waste all across the floor but then left it and everyone was walking through it. We just went back on our way home and gave it a second chance our burgers were ok but our large chocolate milkshakes one of which was actually half full again and the other was white with no chocolate in when I complained about it the service just said well I didn't make it grabbed them and walked off. Very rude front of service and again not impressed with hygiene standards and working standards. To a point I will be contacting MC Donalds and the local council to report my concerns. It's a very badly run establishment with definitely several areas that they need to address. If I could give 0...

If you like MacDonalds, retail parks and Wharton then this is the place for you! They tick all the boxes

1, Is it a MacDonalds - well unless I'm Eddie Murphy in coming to America, I'm looking at the golden arches and this is MacDonalds. 2, Is it in a retail park - well unless there's a giant swap meet near by for carpets, food and clothes then it's definitely on the retail park! 3, Is it in Wharton - well I've yet to cross the water so unless I plan to get too Over square via Market Drayton, Whitchurch, Nantwich and then up the B5074 through Church Minshull (guffaw!), then I'm still in Wharton.

Even if you only like two of the above I'd still give it a craic as it might outweigh the third. However (and I need you to heed my warning here) if you only like one of the above don't, I repeat do not go as it will only bring TERROR and WOE!. Or do it's no skin of my nose.

I enclose a picture of a sequined fox and and a sequined unicorn standing in mouse slippers, whilst Jim Pickens watches over them. So you know my review...

I would honestly rate this McDonalds a 0 stars if I could. Time and time again they disappoint, if you do visit ENSURE you check every aspect of your food before you leave. After being a McDonalds employee myself not long ago, I am appalled by how low Winsford McDonalds standards are. On this occasion we arrived home (less than 5 mins away) to find missing items. All the food had been in the UHC (hot hold) for way too long and was dry and inedible. Food was made incorrectly and nowhere near up to standards for what you would expect from a McDonalds. The fries were beyond stale and were held for WELL OVER the holding time. When we called the store to complain we weren't even greeted with a "Hello" and although we were offered free meal vouchers I felt like this wasn't enough. I just don't understand how people can be happy serving paying customers this food.

So, this is a fairly easy set up, you are asked at the door if you are eating in, if so they ask you to either pay and order at a screen or pay via the app at your table, I ordered at the table via the app. You are asked to scan a QR code that is stuck to the table to do with track & trace - didn't think it looked very hygienic to be honest, it wasn't laminated - a bit dogeared, thought they would have looked better if they were stood up in a perspex holder maybe? The food was fine, burger hot, fries just warm. So it was OK, not amazing. So, to sum up, wear a mask to your table, sanitize your hands before touching the screens (as you will be told), & there is a one way system in place. "I'm lovin' it"
