Definitely the worst maccies I've visited, all the times I went there to pick up an order, I was told to wait in the car park, and then I have to wait at least 15 mins (first world problem, I know, but it's a FAST FOOD chain). Tonight it was the worst experience, spent £20, just for 2 burgers, fries and a mcflurry, when I first drove through I was given the mcflurry and the lady was very polite and smiley, but then of course I was told to wait in the car park, waited from 7:45pm til 8:10pm, it wasn't even busy, so I drove back in since no one brought my food, the guy that takes your order codes said come to the window so I can help you, when I got there he just said "go to the next window she can help you" just laughing about it. Then the same lady that served me didn't even remember me, even though there must've been 2 or 3 cars that went through meanwhile. She was completely clueless when I asked where was the rest of my order, she then called her team leader, also clueless and didn't help at all, then called his boss who asked the same pointless questions, and he was going to ask me to wait in the car park AGAIN to get my order but I just said I'd rather wait there, because I know that'd mean another 20 mins waiting. They gave me the food but gues what, it was wrong as there was a burger missing, so I had to drive back in for the THIRD TIME, to ask for my missing item. Asked for no pickles and onions, well you guessed it, they made sure to leave that in. The lady was nice enough to offer to change my melted mcflurry and I wasn't rude to her as she was already embarrassed enough, but those kind mistakes are really annoying, specially when almost every single review here are very similar. I strongly believe the whole team needs retraining and a change of management because this is a joke. It's the only McDonald's in a 20 min drive radius, so it should definitely be better than this. Read moreWaited over 15 minutes at Drive Thru - they forgot my order. Spent £28. Even had to replace my shakes - they had melted! Asked to complain to manager x3 before he came. He just apologised for the wait and made excuses - my order was given away to another customer!. Not the first time! not even probably the 10th time. Wrong orders, cold food, long waits - both to order and receive food, almost always having to park before receiving orders - sometimes only ONE order made - no salt or ketchup or napkins etc. As I waited over 15 minutes for my order I asked to make sure my food was hot, especially my fries. Sadly, when I got home cold fries, messily dressed chicken sandwiches, only 3/4 filled fries at best, wrong order only apple pie - not 2. I was given TWO extra raspberry pies which looked burnt but worse the time stickers on BOTH pies were removed - some goodwill gesture!! left the pies but phoned to speak to the Business Manager who apologised and said he would investigate - really - must be some training. I asked why didn't he check the order and come to explain the wait and he said he had to sort out the mixed orders. Hmmm... I asked again for the franchisee to call me to discuss his operations and he said he would. He said he would replace my food and refund me in full. I told him this whole experience is unacceptable and I want the franchisee to call me to explain. However, two days later a area manager left a voicemail - saying he would try again. FOUR days later nothing so I tried calling him - twice to no avail. I left voicemail I think - I could not tell as the phone messaging was ??? There’s NO day I can get exactly what I want. It’s either. Apple pies aren’t ready yet, or park up and wait for your burger or the ice-cream or milkshake machine isn’t working. Always has been something. If your machine is cleaning. Why can’t u buy another one to use why the other is not in use? Simply saying “we can’t control what works” is a horrible response from the owner. Drive through is beyond slow. If you go inside it’s slow. 3 times now! We understand ur a new mcdonals, but McDonald’s is a well established franchise so you should have done your research and know how to run things. How long are we supposed to wait before you guys can actually start running properly? Your staff don’t care, they’ve also been borderline rude, even after messing your order up! you go there and they act so like meh they can’t be bothered.
