Amazing staff and really lovely people but the fact I come home with half of Henry the hover included with my food is not exactly acceptable. I come here quite often for food and had no issues but I’m pulling a clump of dust which should be pulled out the hoover but no it’s in my food, It is actually concerning. Very disappointed, used them years and now something like this. Kebab on picture cost 16pound, that few pieces of meet and chips. Order was much more, portions shrink like calzone( littlein this box ). Was thinking to leave that, but when wife order food similar from different place. Then i see massive different, portion much bigger. After that delivery I contacted someone's by the phone in shop, try explain and was told that is correct. I ordered on your website (22nd April) to NN7 Kislingbury, as I regularly do on Uɓer (trying to save you the commission by ordering directly). The order was missed and I phoned the shop asking them to cancel and refund after waiting over an hour. They refused and I was charged, for an order that I never received.
