The post office The service In there is horrible I went in there to send a parcel of to someone from ebay when I handed the parcel to the person behind counter it was the manager she said to that the item in the padded envelope wasn't a large because I printed the postage label as a large letter she telling it's not a large letter because of the small pokemon plush toy that was inside the padded envelope she showing me it can't fit threw the letter tool thing what they used to check if envelopes are correct size so I left came back the next day with a bigger larger padded Envelope and when I got the counter to hand the padded envelope to the person behind counter she starts telling it's not large envelope because of the item inside it still wouldn't fit threw envelope size tool and I said to her that is clearly a large padded envelope she ready to start arguing with me saying it's not when clearly was and telling me to go and speak to manager show it to the manager I just walked away and left the post office that's not the first I have that issue with them in the post office when trying to send a parcel of I won't be going in there again anytime soon I'm going to stop using royal mail delivery service and using a better service all that hassle just to send off a...

Much longer queues than necessary at peak times and very few staff available to serve customers (normally two and there are at least five counters), so expect to wait 15-20 minutes if you are sending a parcel.

The 4pm closure is absolutely comical: unless you work in the local vicinity and are able to get to the Post Office on foot during your lunch hour, forget trying to use their services at all, go elsewhere. You won't be able to park anywhere close without paying, and it will invariably be queueing out of the door. We all know that as soon as 4pm rolls around those counters are closing regardless of any remaining customers, something I have personally seen happen.

I've never had any particularly negative experiences with the staff members behind the counters, but they all seem generally uninterested in doing anything beyond a basic level of service.

If you ever do or need to visit this post office. Please avoid bay 7. Unless you want to make your life a living hell. The older lady with glasses (extremely rude) and never talks properly to the customers without being angry needs to get fired. My past few months coming to this post office I always pray she is not working as I have been upset the way she mistreats me, my family/friends. So whenever I go there and she is there I will just simply tell the person standing behind me go to bay 7 if you wish as I will go to another bay and avoid being mistreated by this lady. However hilariously, 90% of the people I tell go to bay 7 if they like, always say I will just wait for the other one with you. I wonder why’s that? 🤔.
