MojoCafe — Restaurant in England

My experience here at Mojo Coffee has always been fantastic. On the first visit, I was greeted and served by Marika. Her dreadlocks are just impeccable. Not limited to the later, she was just incredibly amazing. She is genuinely a wonderful person who is always happy to serve quality food in a very cozy and nice environment. On my second visit, I was served by Jaki and just like Marika , she was a true gem. These two ladies were just assuringly amazing. Today, I was served by Marika and Leah and the service was top-notch. You know what is endearing? the level of quality-consistency that they displayed. These ladies are just on top of their games and without the shadow of a doubt - the lifeblood of Mojo Coffee. We stumbled upon Mojo being in Brighton for a funeral, and were delighted that we did. It is everything you require for a coffee house, and more. The original plan was to have a drink and a cake, but the menu steered us into breakfast. I was so pleased that Mojo catered for my gluten intolerance, so had GF toast with my sublime scrambled eggs with salmon. Upon leaving, I just had to take away the very tempting GF carrot cake which, upon arriving home, did not last long. Delicious! All-in-all, so far, a four star review. Sadly the place have very bad coffee. First one was very watery and milky at the same time really horrible. then the second almost the same but was stronger. This is down to staff not having any professional training. Cake was really bland lacked for flavours and could taste the flour also layers aren’t even neither. again lacking for professional bakers. When you see it from outside you really think going to get a nice authentic coffee but is more like a low quality Boundary Road type of cafe.. they definitely could with new cups to serve their coffee with, its 2020 now feels like it’s a old people’s home.
