Our order was placed at 8.35pm, and we were told it would be 30/40 minutes. It arrived at 10.25pm. The food was cold and unpleasant as it was obvious it had been left standing for such a long time. I rang the shop to ask where it was and the person on the phone was very polite, and told us that it was on the way yet it still took a further 25 minutes to arrive, We were argued with at the door by the delivery driver as we refused to pay more than we were told over the phone, 26.05 and we were harassed for the extra 80p which we didn't even know about. Honestly I would never ever order from here again, especially seeing the ridiculous and abusive responses from the manager (I'm extremely looking forward to receiving the template copied and pasted attack accusing me of being a teenager). Stop delivering leaflets through peoples doors and luring them into your ridiculous idea of a restaurant , if you can't cope with a Wednesday evening, maybe you should stop advertising and bringing more people in when you clearly can't cope with the business you already receive. Literally the most anti-climatic 1 hour and 50 minutes of my life. Eating your food was like a bad tinder date, your profile says you can deliver a quality product but really its just just a few minutes of wishing it would...

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING 🤢 🤮 My partner got food poisoning! This place is vile all round. Awful food disgusting service Obnoxious staff (they are SOOOO rude may I add) Curry was watery, no flavour and arrived freezing cold, rice was seriously over cooked and gloopy, Thai crackers were extremely stale, squid was rubbery, half cooked, tasteless and cold as well. I have had better duck spring rolls but they were also cold and chewy. Delivery driver took 45 minutes to deliver the food and then could not find my simple placed home, rung me up and was rude and abrupt towards me. The grim food is incredibly over priced and not worth the money at all. I would recommend the giggling squid all the way! Yum!! This place should not be in business. End of. I have rung them multiple times asking for my full and completely entitled refund and they hang up on me saying “very busy” with a vile attitude. The chefs are not that busy otherwise they would be making half decent food. They have said they have never ever had a complaint. HILARIOUS! 😂 So, final conclusion is; DO NOT go here if you have any taste because you will be seriously disappointed. I have a friend who already is not going to order from here again. So happy losing...

Just ordered food here from their website and the total came to £26.50. But then when the food arrived the guy said no it's £29.50 and when I showed him the total online receipt he said we charge extra £3 for delivery and haven't updated our website. I told him that's not my fault and he refused to leave until we paid him. Honestly terrible customer service. But besides that can't fault their food. Food was lovely but customer service really disappointing!

Edit - after getting a response from the owner I thought, wait this guy is saying he wasn't rude and then if you read his reply you can clearly see how rude he is. So I then went on to further read more reviews and found that the owner copy and pastes the same response to all "bad reviews" calling people rude and saying they have no taste. Honestly read through the negative reviews yourself and you'll understand. I gave him a 3 star for the food as it wasn't bad (not much meat or chicken but still not bad flavours) and I deducted 2 for customer service... Be grateful i didn't give a 1 after your...
