Slow customer service, not due to the waiter, I think it was the kitchen taking long making simple orders such as cutting a tomato and cutting bread. I ordered the typical portuguese dish "bitoque" and was disappointed with the quality of the meat and the chips. I didn't enjoy my experience here, staff were friendly enough but i didn't feel comfortable, slightly unsafe, I didn't enjoy my food at all, too oily for me I had veggie pasta but only ate 4 pieces of pasta. Easy to find on the main london road in to Southend almost opposite the Sainsbury's store . Friendly service .
