Me and my sister and cousin went to this place we used to come here everyday but yesterday a man was working and he was very stingy with the toppings even do I paid 2 pounds for extra toppings and that was a complete waste of my money as I barely got anything and I barely felt the sugar even do I got 50% and spent over £10 for 1 bubble tea and my cousin that got matcha threw up all of it and this is a total rip off and the worker barely cooked the tapioca and she felt the matcha being unmixed which was disgusting but since we paid so much for some drinks we drank it. Horrible service ! The girls who got matcha they’re stomachs still hurt and I FOUND A HAIR IN MY DRINK !!!!!!! Proof I got the drink

Terrible service, there is a rude lady there and also an un experienced one, they always get the orders wrong and take forever to serve, the shop says that they are closed for 7 but are always closed before that time I.e 6:45 or 6:50 this...
