Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in England

I had 2 breakfast ordered, with specific items, they came out with 2 standard breakfast, we decided not to take as it is, as some of the food we didn't like from the stock breakfast... They swapped it without problem, happy days. Going back the next morning, as soon as we got to the till, the same lady from yesterday informed us immediately, there is a 20 minute wait for the food - she did not said this to anyone else - but whatever, i accepted the fact, they maybe busy, so we ordered - then sat down. After 40 minutes I had to ask for my food, they simply did not make our order, while many others - came after us - finished the breakfast in the meantime. The food was unacceptable, and I no mean a fussy person, I eat whatever front of me usually, this time I had to leave half of it on the plate. Not going back there again for sure. Worth to mention, in that 40 minutes, I had plenty times to just sit and watch, and 3 other customer took his plate back to them. Stopped for lunch here with my little boy. Ordered on the self service screen which informed me there was a 10-15 wait as the restaurant was unusually busy ( it wasn’t, literally 3 or 4 tables half of which already had there food) sat down at the table and had to wipe it down with baby wipes as it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Anyway 10 minutes passes then 20 then 30 and by now I’m getting anxious as you can only entertain a hungry bored toddler for so long! 35 minutes later the food finally arrived with no apology for the wait then to be told they had run out of peas. Guys you’re located in a supermarket! How do you not have peas? Anyway the food was mediocre and definitely not worth a 35 minute wait. It seems they struggle with the small amount of staff they have as by the time we was leaving most of the tables had dirty plates left on them with nobody in a hurry to do anything about it. We used to love coming to your Houghton Regis cafe for Saturday morning breakfast, over the last few months the waiting time is alful even when the cafe is half empty. All though your menu states pouched eggs we have been told by your kitchen staff this option is not available And have to change our choice of egg, this happens every time. Can't they cook a pouched egg???? Today we used the pay machine and chose pouched eggs and we were seemed out to change our order. This is not on Morrison's if pouched eggs are no longer an option please remove this from your menu if they should be serviced then I think training is...
