Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in England

Visited about 9.30 approx . Ordered breakfast . Not many people in about 7 . Sat reading my paper, not many do these days , it's fiddle with your phone. Not me a news paper. Twenty five mins later, my breakfast great am hungry. I am asked what did you order; gave server a young fellow my receipt. He puts my plate down , and says we have forgot your sausage and tomatoes , I will bring them out . Me thinking I am a bit sharper, says I asked for a slice of fried bread, and this egg looks like it's sat under hot plate a long time. He says that is a slice of fried bread . I says it's only half a slice and looks like it's sat so long it's now slimming half slice . He again says, take this, and I will bring you the rest. Long story sorry. I said no I want all my breakfast together. Lol 2 mins later, my breakfast arrived, same plate plus a breakfast bowel full of toms and tea plate with sausage on it . Well what can you say. I returned breakfast. And asked for my money back. Excuse given short of staff. Sorry you was not that busy. And only open 11/2 hours . Have been here when busy and food has been nice , but some days you let customers down badly. How many have paid and said nothing. I say organise or...

Very friendly, polite and professional staff working here. The place was refreshed and looks nice, fresh and clean. The only distribution is beeping sound from checkouts but it's a shop caffe.
