Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in England

So, food is quite nice, no doubt there. They clean regularly, and overall it's a nice atmosphere.

Although, one thing really bugged me.

Upon realising that the café itself doesn't sell a particular pasta salad I enjoy, I went to the main Morrisons shop attached and bought it there, and then brought it into the café. I bought my drinks and snacks from the café itself, and all seemed well.

However, It was quite disappointing to be approached by a staff member saying that I cannot eat 'food from outside' within the café, which is very bizarre considering how what I had bought was indeed from Morrisons.

Thankfully, I was allowed to continue eating this one time, but it just confuses me as to why this...

Abysmal. Called in at 10.45 today hoping for a brunch. There were plenty of tables to choose from, but they were mostly piled with dirty dishes. One table in particular, had so many dishes piled up they were in danger of sliding off the table. A member of staff took something to a customer and walked past the tables empty handed, not collecting any of the dirty dishes in her way back. So, we walked out very disappointed that a firm with Morrisons reputation should have allowed such a poor performance. People in the queue were also complaining. I don't normally give reviews, but I was truly appalled, as was another couple who also walked out and...

So dirty and horrible, most tables had plates left on them, the table we sat at was sticky if it wasn't the fact that we had ordered on entry I would have left. The coffee was cold when I picked it up(straight away from the counter no wait) i sent it back. The chips came cold . I got a meatball sandwich which was inedible the top of the bun was rock hard. We joked by banging it on the table. At that point we got up and left. Everywhere has an off day, I just glad we weren't sick...
