Mossy’s Pizza — Restaurant in England

Have a mixed review about here. The staff were lovely, the taste of the pizza was amazing. However, I couldn't help but leave feeling incredibly disappointed. We were told it was going to be 30-40 minutes wait for our takeaway pizzas. Which we actually didn't mind. But it was closer to the hour mark. Someone actually came in after us, left with their pizza a good 10 minutes before we saw ours. I heard the staff say to each other, they were waiting on fries for it. Well once the fries came, they were way way over done. And to top it off, the pizza was cold. Not freezing, but definitely had sat at room temperature for a while. We collected pizza from these guys, I can't exactly remember the names. The cluck "something" (buffalo chicken and blue cheese) and the "something" mutt (spicy sausage, chili and sweetcorn). I've never enjoyed a buffalo chicken pizza before, always thought it was a bit of a gimmick. But I swear they nailed this one. The balance of spicy and creamy was absolutely perfect. Ordered a takeaway for collection, upon arriving for the food we were told there were no chips. When ordering we were not informed of this. We changed the side, as a result we had to wait longer and the rest of the food got cold. When getting home to eat we noticed we had been given the wrong sauce - a firecracker instead of BBQ. The pizzas were ok, they lacked flavour and the jerk chicken pizza (Bob Gnarly) was plain chicken with sauce sporadically drizzled on the pizza, not like the image posted on the Instagram with the chicken being coated in the sauce.
