Muffin Break — Restaurant in England

Was ok untill today... coffee was Luke warm took it back. Not a problem but told we should have asked for extra hot. Coffee always been ok untill today.. Then told cups may have been cold that was why..ok but coffee was still Luke warm. Please learn from This, just heat up my coffee and perhaps apologise , happy to be advised to ask for extra hot next time but not be blamed for your mistake!...

It's a coffee shop - for what little difference it makes, you could be in Costa or any other similar establishment.
